  • The Erasmus experience of this centre WakeUp Projects (legal name Magic Sinderella Lda) is a  center specializing in handling international mobility of students and teachers (KA121, KA122, VET and SCHool) and other international exchanges (bilateral agreements between European schools). Since September 2021, the company has implemented 6 international mobilities of young people studying in vocational and technical schools and 2 staff exchanges / job shadowing from schools in Poland and Slovenia. At the moment, the center colaborates with 5 educational institutions in Faro, the city hall and chamber of commerce in Faro and Loule, the Algarve University, the Gambelas private hospital and almost 50 workplaces in the Algarve. Among the clients of WakeUp Projects, apart from technical and vocational schools, there are also art schools, high schools and primary schools, voluntary labor corps, non-governmental organizations and foundations, as well as public institutions from Poland, Spain, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, France, Ukraine and Great Britain. The founders - Natalia Chojecka and Bruno Gameiro have six years of experience in the field of European international mobilities and together the have created the WakeUp Projects brand in the Algarve (Portugal). For years, Natalia has been involved in activities promoting the development of young leaders in Poland and abroad as part of the Forum of Young Diplomats and the InnoPro Foundation. She has been involved in EU projects for 10 years. For 3 years she advised companies and foundations in the preparation of applications for funding under the Financial Perspective 2007-2013 and 2014-2020 and programs: Horizon 2020, COSME, LIFE, Erasmus +, Creative Europe. She also sat on several times on expert committees evaluating submitted applications. Speaker and panelist of international projects in the field of leadership and EU funding in Poland, Belgium, France, the United States and Turkey. Since 2015, Natalia has been working as the main coordinator of projects implemented under Action I Erasmus + (KA 102, KA 104 - calls 2015 - 2020) and POWER. In her career, she supported the preparation and implementation of over 200 student and teacher mobility projects, as well as inter-school exchanges, working with over 100 clients, mainly from Poland and French-speaking countries. She also actively participated in the process of preparing project applications, as well as monitoring and evaluation of implemented projects. Bruno Gameiro is an entrepreneur who has been active on the Algarve market for 13 years, cooperating with public institutions, city authorities, universities and, above all, educational institutions. His companies have been involved for 5 years as a host organization for students of technical and vocational schools with the following profiles: hotel industry, gastronomy, tourism, administration, economy, electrics. Bruno also works as a partner in international exchanges o students from Great Britain.

WakeUp Projects was created on the base of many years of experience in managing Erasmus+ projects and a wide and trusted network of contacts with entrepreneurs, schools and public institutions in the heart of Algarve (Faro).

We specialize in managing international mobilities of students and teachers (KA121, KA122, VET and SCH) putting an emphasis on innovation, promoting ecological solutions and digitization.

What distinguishes us on the market is full flexibility and individual approach to our clients and their needs. Our priority is to create a comprehensive professional and cultural experience that will help trainees broaden their horizons, gain self-confidence and skills that will allow them to stand out on the labour market.

We want to wake up young people’s curiosity, openness to the new, and a willingness to overcome barriers and face the challenges of the modern world.

To create comfortable conditions for trainees, our team consists of young and multilingual coordinators (including English, Polish, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian).
