Organisation Description

Salesianos LogroƱo Los Boscos is a state-subsidised, non-profit educational centre in La Rioja. Its day-to-day activities combine academic and vocational training, tutoring, guidance and collaboration with businesses to support the personal development and entry into the labour market of its students.
The centre provides education at pre-school, primary, lower secondary (ESO) and vocational training levels. This application is limited to Basic Level and Intermediate Level vocational training and to the
staff working on these programmes. It covers the Basic Level courses in Electricity and Electronics, IT and the specialised course in Electromechanics, and the Intermediate Level courses in Machining, Telecommunications, and Microcomputer Systems and Networks.
The training combines classroom-based learning, workshops, practical activities and work-based learning. Educational guidance and individualised support are particularly important for students facing difficulties in continuing their education.
