About Us
With a history spanning over 155 years, the Rhein-Maas-Berufskolleg (RMBK) is a leading vocational college in the Viersen district, currently educating approximately 3,000 students. Our mission is to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional excellence. We offer a wide range of educational paths across five main departments, covering 29 different vocational programs.

Due to our proximity to the Dutch border, we have a strong “Euregional” focus, fostering cross-border cooperation and multilingualism (English, Dutch, Spanish). As an “Erasmus+” certified school, we actively encourage our students to gain international experience and develop a global mindset.

The Rhein-Maas-Berufskolleg is dedicated to providing its apprentices and students with high-quality, practical experience. To further internationalize our vocational training, we are actively looking for:

Internship Placements: We are seeking reliable partner companies abroad (especially in Europe) that are interested in hosting our motivated apprentices for short-term or long-term internships. Our students come from diverse technical, commercial, and social backgrounds and are eager to apply their skills in an international work environment.
