Organisation Description
The Oberstufenzentrum Märkisch-Oderland is the largest educational institution in the district of Märkisch-Oderland in eastern Brandenburg. On behalf of several hundred companies in the fields of catering, retail, banks, protection and security, agriculture and animal husbandry, horticulture, construction technology, wood technology and child daycare facilities, among others, we provide the school-based part of training in over 30 professions. The focus of everyday school life is on the targeted support of pupils and trainees in order to strengthen their skills for successful integration into everyday working life or for continuing their education. Our school prepares young people intensively for vocational training and enables them to obtain a school-leaving certificate after completing their compulsory education. Our work focuses on both theoretical and practical skills.
