Organisation Description

The Institut La Garrotxa is a public center that depends on the Department of Education of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Created in 1974 as a Vocational Training Institute, it experienced constant growth until 1995 (1400 students, 100 teachers and 7 specialties).

Since the 2002-03 academic year, it has been part of the Quality and Continuous Improvement Network project launched by the Department of Education and has the ISO 9001: 2015 Certificate for the services of Compulsory Secondary Education, Baccalaureate and Vocational Training Courses at Intermediate and High Level.
