  • The Erasmus experience of this centre The Erasmus+ experience of our institution is quite limited, as we are still very new. However, in the institutes of origin there was already experience in carrying out Erasmus+ mobilities for both students and teachers. For this reason, although we only started operating as a center in the 2024–2025 academic year, we do have some experience in managing mobilities through our own projects as well as through Consortia (Fundació Barcelona FP, Consorci de Mobilitat KA1 del Departament d’Educació de Catalunya).

Organisation Description

The Institut d’FP Sanitària Vall d’Hebron (Vall Hebron Vocational Education Institute) is a newly established public secondary school that opened in the 2024–2025 academic year. It was created with the aim of becoming an integrated vocational training center, serving as a benchmark in healthcare studies in the city of Barcelona.

It brings together the training programs previously offered by several institutes in Barcelona in this field (Moisès Broggi Institute, Flos i Calcat Institute, La Guineueta Institute, and Vall d’Hebron Institute).

It is located in the right wing of the building that also houses the Vall d’Hebron Institute, at 93–95 Vall d’Hebron Avenue in Barcelona, within the Horta-Guinardó district, in the Sant Genís dels Agudells neighborhood. It is strategically situated about 800 meters from the Vall d’Hebron University Hospital, and very close to other hospitals and healthcare-related companies.
