Organisation Description

IES José María Infantes: A School-Museum in the Heart of Andalusia
IES José María Infantes is located in Utrera (Seville), a town internationally renowned as one of the historical birthplaces of flamenco, the home of legendary artists, and famous for its traditional pastries.
In addition to secondary and baccalaureate education, our center offers several Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs, including:
Higher Technician in Tourist Guidance, Information, and Assistance.
Basic VET in Agro-gardening and Floral Composition.
Intermediate Technician in Gardening and Floristry.
More than just a school, our center is a “School-Museum.” For two decades, the institute has functioned as an active museum and permanent exhibition where students replicate famous works of art to decorate classrooms and hallways. This transforms the school into an artistic space that fosters meaningful learning, creativity, and culture.
Furthermore, the campus boasts over 5,000 square meters of gardens, providing an exceptional environment for hands-on training and diverse educational experiences.
