  • The Erasmus experience of this centre Our institution is one of the first centres in the city to develop European programmes. It has had the Erasmus charter 2009-2013, with ECHE 2014-2020 and currently ECHE 2021-2027. We are actually managing a KA122 VET project as well.

Organisation Description

IES Don Bosco is one of the largest Secondary Education Institutes in Albacete with Education teachings
Compulsory Secondary, Baccalaureate, Basic Vocational Training, Intermediate and Higher Level. Stablished in 1977 as the Polytechnic Institute of Albacete. It is one of the first centres to develop European programmes. It has had the Erasmus charter 2009-2013, with ECHE 2014-2020 and currently ECHE 2021-2027.
In addition to students of Compulsory Secondary Education (17 units) and Baccalaureate (4 units), it is one of the largest Vocational Training centers in the region.
Vocational training courses are of industrial nature, with a high level of job placement. Highlighting
among its teachings the recent implementation of the higher level training cycle of Industrial Robotics.
Its four professional families include Mechanical Manufacturing, Installation and Maintenance, Transport and Vehicle Maintenance & Electrical & Electronics
