  • The Erasmus experience of this centre The IES Ángel de Saavedra proudly participates in the Erasmus+ program, specifically under Key Action 131 (KA131) for Vocational Education and Training. This program enables exciting international mobilities for students and teachers in our specialized Image and Sound vocational training programs, allowing them to participate in hands-on internships and training activities throughout Europe. Our Erasmus+ exchanges currently take our students and teachers to Poland, Italy, Hungary, and Bulgaria. Through these mobilities, students enhance their technical and professional skills by working in international settings, building competencies that make them more competitive in the job market. Meanwhile, our teachers gain fresh insights through teaching exchanges, job shadowing, and professional development opportunities, creating a dynamic space for exchanging educational practices. Organisation Description

The IES Ángel de Saavedra is a public secondary school in Córdoba, Spain, that has been shaping young minds since 1987. We offer a wide range of educational programs, including Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), High School (Bachillerato), and Vocational Training (FP). As the only public school in Andalusia offering the complete range of programs within the Professional Family of Image and Sound, we’re a proud leader in this specialized field.

Our campus spans approximately 18,000 m², with four buildings, spacious sports fields, and beautiful green spaces. With around 1,090 students and 94 dedicated teaching staff, along with a supportive administrative team, we’re a vibrant community committed to growth and learning.
