HEC Bildungsakademie GmbH is a recognised private vocational education provider in Germany, active in the federal states of Saxony and Brandenburg since 1991. We offer state-recognised vocational education and training in social care, healthcare and social pedagogy.

Our main campus in Kamenz, Saxony, provides training programmes for future registered nurses, nursing assistants and special needs care workers. At our location in Lauchhammer, Brandenburg, we also train future early childhood educators, special needs care workers and social assistants.

We cooperate closely with regional healthcare providers, long-term care facilities, social service organisations and practical training institutions. Our programmes combine classroom-based vocational education with practical learning in professional settings.

We are currently looking for European partner schools, vocational training centres, healthcare providers and social care organisations for long-term cooperation in the fields of:
• Nursing education and long-term care
• Special needs care and inclusion
• Early childhood education and social pedagogy
• Practice-based learning, mentoring and skills development
• Language-sensitive and culturally responsive vocational education
• Support for learners with international backgrounds
• Staff job shadowing, virtual exchanges and future learner mobility

Our preferred first step is staff mobility and job shadowing for teachers, trainers and practice mentors. In the longer term, we aim to organise group mobility and work-based learning opportunities for our learners in nursing, early childhood education and special needs care.
