Hanta Educational Services Ltd (Hanta-ESL) is a member of the Hanta Associates Group. It is a Dublin (Ireland) and London (the UK) based company founded in 2009, which has forged an international network of organisations, partners and employers in several EU countries.

Our work focuses on delivering high-quality work placement programmes, as well as tackling a variety of social issues, including youth unemployment, disability rights, social inclusion and empowerment of people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Working under different national projects designed to address youth unemployment, we arrange work placements for young people aged 18-24 with local and regional employers, resulting in long-term employment for a vast majority of the participants.

From 2015, we worked with vocational colleges from across Europe, facilitating more than 500 work placements and internships for international students in the country. The placements were in a wide range of sectors and specific to the students’ chosen field of study, enabling them to obtain their qualifications. As a result of their extensive experience and network, young people fulfilled the requirements of their courses while gaining valuable, real-life skills and work experience.

Hanta Associates has been focusing on providing a complete “360-degree” service for individuals, schools, colleges, universities and businesses in Europe and overseas. Our service not only focuses on delivering and organising work placements but also on providing further holistic support throughout the entire duration of the placements, including tailored language lessons (one-to-one and group tuition), accommodation, travel and cultural activities.

Additionally, our staff members are experts in the development of resources, including formal and non-formal training modules, digital platforms and materials, and delivering training courses tailored to specific target groups.
