Organisation Description

  • If you want to become a nurse in Germany, it is different than in many other countries
  • In Germany you don‘t need to study at a University or College
  • After 10th grade from school you can go to a nursery school
  • There are two possible branches of education
  • For a fully qualified nurse it takes three years of school alternating with work in different nursing homes and hospitals
  • The other possibility is to become a nursery assistant, therfor you only need to go to school for one year
