The Erasmus experience of this centre In our first project, our trainers did a Job Shadowing mobility, to Piazza dei Mestieri in Turin. A reference vocational training school
in Italy. Our trainers took advantage of that mobility and collected innovative experiences to implement them in our organization, it became an opportunity to compare work and teaching and pedagogical methods. They also addressed issues like diversity, inclusion, learning difficulties, absenteeism, school drop outs... That opened an interesting dialogue that later turned into cooperation.
The mobility of our trainees Food procesing and Restoration, Computer Systems and Network, Sports teaching and Animation, began at the beginning of February 2020 in Turin and at the end of the month, we had them return, after two weeks of confinement in their apartments.
