The Hotel and Catering Schools of Malaga (La Cónsula) and Benalmádena (La Fonda) are part of the Network of Schools of the
Andalusian Employment Service of the Andalusian Regional Government.
They provide students with specialised training in Cooking & Restaurant/bar services, with a theoretical-practical methodology in their facilities.
