Organisation Description
it was in 1997 that the doors of the Vila Franca do Campo Vocational School opened for the first time. Since then, hundreds of young people and adults have had the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge and certify their talents. Dozens of organizations have seen their employees’ skills improved.
The school’s history includes a wide range of companies that play a key role in the economic dynamics of the municipality and the island of São Miguel. Thanks to these partnerships, our students have been able to gain diversified, meaningful internship experiences right from the start of their training, which will have an impact on their employability.
The Vila Franca do Campo Vocational School’s training offer has tried to keep up with the changing times and respond to new challenges.
The road ahead will be paved with the paradigm of digital transition, innovation and a teaching model that responds to the interests of the students and the needs of the job market.
