  • The Erasmus experience of this centre Background and experience. Participation in different European projects: eTwinning and Erasmus+ since 2014. KA102, KA103, KA131, KA210_VET for students and teacher, in our professional fields. In the last school year despite of the fact of the pandemic, our school took part in two KA102 consortiums: 2020-1-ES01-KA102-080580 in the project “New VET Skills for Better Employment” with the Escola Sindical de Formació Melchor Botella. 2020-1-ES01-KA102-080385 in the project Business and Inclusive Training of VET in Europe, has allowed us to send 7 Middle Grade students to Italy, Malta, Ireland and Portugal. One of these students has obtained a grant for a PRO mobility which has allowed him to carry out all of his internships in Europe. Carrying out internships abroad helps these students increase their employability and improve their job expectations, facilitating the transition from the field of education and training to the labor market. VET students in the professsional fields of Information Technology, Administration and Finance, Commerce and Health & Clinical Diagnostic; age range (17-20+). The project woulf specially focus on those students who belong to vulnerable background because of any reason.

Organisation Description

Our Education and Vocational Training school that offers two different levels of Vocational Training studies, all integrated within the post secondary education level. The first group of studies, which certify the level of “Technician”, can be accessed after the finishing of the compulsory secondary education studies (at 16 years of age). The second group, the “Higher Technician”, can be accessed after the finishing of a “Technician” level of studies, or after finishing the non-compulsory secondary education studies, right before university.

There are 1780 students enrolled in our courses, with over 100 teachers, 3 administration workers, 3 janitors, 4 cleaning staff and 1 maintenance technician.
All our studies are very focused on praxis and are work-centered, and all students must pass a 350-hour period in a company at the end of their studies, in order to get certified.
