  • The Erasmus experience of this centre The BWHW has already successfully implemented more than 320 Erasmus+ exchanges. The BWHW has been continuously supporting exchange projects since 2009. We were also partners in the KA2 project TRAPP-Training for Apprentices.

Organisation Description

We are an institution of the Hessian Employers’ Associations and have the task of efficiently and successfully integrating groups of people with special needs for support and assistance into the training and labor market. The target groups include school pupils, young people in the transition from school to work, trainees, jobseekers with and without a migration background and rehabilitants. Our central concern as a labour market service provider is to secure skilled workers. Dual vocational education and training must be attractive and all potential trainees, even those who would not be able to complete training without special support, must be given the opportunity to be trained in accordance with current standards and to be available to the labour market as competent specialists. Enabling trainees to gain experience abroad promotes both aspects.
