Organisation Description

AECA has been operating in Emilia-Romagna region since 1973, proposing an educational project that intertwines the acquisition of professional skills with the development of the person’s potential. The activity of AECA centres responds to the individual’s needs for orientation and accompaniment for integration into the world of work. The paths offered by AECA seek to facilitate entry into the world of work for young people and those belonging to weak or marginalised social groups.

AECA as association of organisations now brings together 13 vocational training organisations. These synergies guarantee AECA a complete and diversified educational proposal throughout the Emilia-Romagna region.
