Organisation Description

AELV is a non-profit organisation established in 1998 in Andalusia, Spain, with more than 25 years of experience in European cooperation projects in the fields of youth, non-formal education, digital innovation and employability.

The organisation works actively to promote social inclusion, youth empowerment and access to employment opportunities through innovative educational methodologies and international cooperation.

AELV has extensive experience in Erasmus+ programmes (KA1, KA2 and KA3) as both coordinator and partner. The organisation is accredited under Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps, demonstrating its capacity to manage European projects and implement high-quality learning activities.

Through collaboration with municipalities, youth centres, educational institutions and social organisations, AELV supports young people — particularly those with fewer opportunities — in developing competences related to employability, entrepreneurship and active citizenship.

The organisation combines strong European project management capacity with local implementation experience, allowing effective piloting and dissemination of project results.

Our fixed staff is 5 people, and are members of the association about 75 people and different organization.
