  • The Erasmus experience of this centre We are looking for collaborative centers for vocational training student exchanges! The CIFP Francesc de Borja Moll, a vocational training center of Palma (Balearic Islands, Spain) promotes student mobility for internships in companies in other countries as part of the Erasmus+ Program, developing the following activities: KA131-HED – Mobility of higher education students and staff supported by internal policy funds (KA131-HED) KA121-VET – Accredited projects for mobility of learners and staff in vocational education and training (KA121-VET) The beneficiaries of this project can be students or teaching staff: 1.Student mobility for internships abroad Mobility allows vocational training students to do internships in companies in another EU member country. This enables them to develop specific skills and understand the economic and social environment of the host country, while gaining work experience. 2. Mobility for teachers Job shadowing stays allow vocational training teachers to observe and learn from good educational practices in institutions of other EU member countries. Through these experiences, teachers can acquire new pedagogical skills, exchange knowledge with professionals from other educational contexts, and gain first-hand knowledge of different economic and social environments.
